1. Mastering the Basics: Bike Fit & Skills We kickstart your journey with the fundamentals.

Bike fit, suspension tuning, and honing essential riding skills are the building blocks. Can you confidently navigate wet roots on a climb using pressure control? We'll ensure you can. Efficiency and safety are our top priorities, whether you're racing or riding for pleasure.

 

2. Precision Training Plans Once we've dialed in your bike setup and skills, it's time to boost your cycling fitness.

Our training programs commence with a comprehensive 20-minute stress test. We provide the tools: Garmin computer, power meter pedals, and a heart rate monitor. During the test, we'll establish your personalized training zones. With this vital data, we craft a training plan tailored to your goals and targeted events.

 

3. Continuous Feedback and Progress Monitoring We're not here to leave you guessing. Our partnership with Training Peaks empowers you to upload your workouts, allowing us to assess their effectiveness and monitor your fatigue levels.
